What Are You Training For?

Whether you’re training for a big race, a local 5k or just for general fitness, we’ve got a plan for you.

Current Race Programs

Each season we offer custom programs based around some large specific races. This season we are offering specific programs for Boston Marathon, Chicago Marathon, B.A.A. Half Marathon and Falmouth Road Race.

These programs include a customized training plan or personal coach, access to our on demand training platform, weekly live virtual speed and strength workouts geared towards these specific races, sports psychology and a community to cheer you on.

Other Race/Goals

We also offer training for all distances, races, or your fitness and running goals. Whether you’re looking to train for a local 5 miler, or looking for a beginner or maintenance running plan, this option is for you.

These programs include customized training planning plan or personal coach, and access to our on demand virtual training platform.

2. How Do You Want To Train?

Once you decide on what you’re training for, now let’s decide HOW you’re going to train for it. We offer 3 ways to help you train. All three options include access to virtual strength and speed workouts to hold you accountable, and make training more fun.

 

Custom Calendar

Our training calendars are a great way to stay accountable and create structure, and are fully customized for your goals, distance, mileage, and training preferences. Upon purchasing your calendar, you’ll fill out a questionnaire to help your coach get to know you. You’ll also schedule a call with your coach for an initial consult to to make sure you hit your goals safely and effectively, the way YOU want.

1:1 Coaching

If you’re someone who needs more accountability and wants a connection to a coach to personalize your plan week over week, our 1:1 coaching is for you. You’ll constantly be in contact with your coach, they’ll get to know you and be there for you every step of the way through training.

Virtual Programing

This is a great option for someone who wants a little extra motivation and structure, but wants to organize their training calendar on their own or might be budget conscious. This gives you access to our virtual speed and strength classes, and you write up the rest of your calendar.

3. Hit the Ground Running

Once you’ve picked your plan, we’ll connect with your coach and set you up with all the tools you need to reach your goals.

 

Schedule Your Consult

Upon adding your training choice to your cart, you’ll be asked to fill out a questionnaire and schedule a coaching consult. You’ll talk through training goals, current fitness and lifestyle needs so that your coach can build the perfect plan for you.

Get Your Game Plan

Within 1 week, you’ll receive your custom training calendar or 1:1 coaching plan and be ready to hit the ground running!

Find Your Community

Along with your training plan, you will also receive access to our on-demand library, live virtual speed and strength workouts and our Strava group. Connect with us on Strava and Instagram to share your workouts and be a part of our growing community.
